We ask that you do not include detailed medical information in the form; we will discuss care needs with you by phone.
When you apply for a job through our careers page, we also collect the position you're applying for, your experience, availability, work areas, transportation, and any resume you choose to upload.
Our website host (Cloudflare) may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely and to protect it from spam and abuse.
How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to our business email by our website provider. We share personal information only with people at Dela J Care Solutions who need it to respond to you, with service providers who help us run our business under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
